Vineet Rajan

Leaving the Marine Corps as a Major after 11 years of service was the hardest decision Vineet has made in his life. But he felt God was calling him to serve in a new way. What made the decision to leave the Corps difficult was the uncertainty of not knowing what was next. After a long year of praying and reflecting, Vineet was accepted to Stanford's MBA program. It was there that the vision became clear: to be the Chief Executive Steward of a company and a community. In this role, Vineet could walk out his new calling to lead and pastor people as they go through the ups and downs of every day life. Upon graduating, Vineet launched OmniFidelis—“in all things faithful”—to humbly walk towards the vision and calling God had for him. Currently, he is actively searching for the one company and community God has for him to steward.
Vineet brings over a decade of leadership and management experience to OmniFidelis gained through an atypical career in the Marines where he served as the Corps’ first intelligence exchange officer to United Kingdom, a Congressional Fellow on Capitol Hill, and in combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Vineet also served as an internal consultant at the Skoll Foundation and at Acumen America as their first Venture Capital Associate. In addition to an MBA and a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Vineet also earned a Masters in International Relations (w/ Distinction) from the University of Cambridge.
Vineet is married to his best friend and wife of 12 years, Sandhia. Together they steward their son Nehemiah and daughter Neylah. They love to be physically active, travel the world, read, and dream about being the best stewards of all God has entrusted to them. They currently reside in Ashburn, VA.
